Available only to clients with a completed Oak Ledger audit within the prior twelve months. Scope is limited to findings marked closed by management; we do not reopen the entire prior engagement.
Outcome
A short confirmation letter stating which findings held under re-test and which remain open, suitable to attach to internal remediation trackers or examiner follow-up packs.
